Vivian Barbara (Watkins) Hilliker

Vivian went peacefully with Jesus to heaven in the early morning of February 20th 2023.  She is now with her husband Edward Z. Hilliker, her parents, Edward W. Watkins, Georgia E. Cook -Watkins and her siblings. Wilbur Watkins (Helen), Deana Bartlett (Mike), Lorraine Sweers and Linda Daniels (Edward).  A beautiful family reunited. Also proceeded by brother in law, Virgil Hilliker, and sister in law, Shirley Bruchholz.

Vivian is survived by and dearly missed by her children: Elizabeth Hilliker, John Hilliker (Kris), Susan Brown (Mike), Brenda Hilliker, Scott Hilliker and Buddy Hilliker. Vivian has 8 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, cousins, many nieces and nephews.

Vivian spent her years before marriage with her family and friends, she worked at Herpolsheimer's in downtown Grand Rapids before Edward came home from Korea and they married and started their family. Vivian was a devoted mom to raising 6 children. She worked at Montgomery Wards and Spectrum Health (Butterworth campus) throughout the years as well. In her spare time she enjoyed playing bingo, going for walks, and taking long car rides on sunny days in the country. Above all she loved Jesus Christ and her family.

There will be a Celebration of Life at Pinery Park Lodge 2301 DeHoop Ave, Wyoming, MI 49509, on April 23rd from 1:30-4:30 p.m.
