Vera (Strickler) Twining

We are sad to announce that on March 20, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Vera Myrtle (Strickler) Twining, age 75. Vera was born May 18, 1947 in Muskegon, MI and lived her entire life in the area. On May 10, 1966, she married the late Allen D Twining Sr. in Muskegon. She was a faithful woman and a member of the Jibson Immanuel Baptist Church who was well loved by her family and friends. 

She is predeceased by her loving husband Allen D Twining Sr., father Edgar Strickler, mother Virginia (Bell) Strickler, and siblings David, Eddie, Hank, Joe, and Roma. She is survived by her siblings James, Juanita, Louella, Paul, and Steve; her son Allen Twining; her daughters Lori Twining and Kimberly (Twining) Navarini; her grandchildren Thomas Navarini Jr, Janelle Navarini, Kayleigh Twining, Kirstan Hall, Joshua Twining, and Christopher Twining. 

A memorial service will be held on Friday March 31, 2023 from 12 to 2pm at the Jibson Immanuel Baptist Church (7960 Evanston Ave Muskegon MI, 49442).
