Patricia Kathryn Read, of Rockford, passed away on October 4th, 2017. Patricia was born on February 5th, 1986, to Mark and Denise of Grand Rapids. Following the wishes of her family, cremation has taken place. Arrangements have been entrusted to Simply Cremation of Kentwood.
