Michael James McLarty

October 19, 2014 Service: October 28, 2014 On Sunday, October 19, 2014 Michael was called home at the age of 69. He is survived by his daughters and grandchildren, Cindy Wicker (Jagger and Jaxson), Miki Carson (Dakota and Logan), Linette (Paul) Kamrad (Madyson and Chelsea), Sonya Boss (Megan, Hunter and Hallee'); sisters, Lavon Grunbaum, Susan Middleton, and Stella Mae Campbell; as well as many nieces and nephews. Dad loved family and especially his grandkids. He was preceded in death by sisters, Darlene VanTuinen and Kathleen Cohn. Everyone loved and remembers Dads unique sense of humor. He was a huge fan of Nascar and Dale Ernhardt Sr. He was a Truck driver for 30 years and retired in 2007 from USF Holland. A gathering to Honor and Celebrate Michael's life will be held on Tuesday, October 28 from 6-9pm at Country Hills Village Clubhouse 2200 Riley St, Hudsonville MI 49426. For those that wish a Memorial fund has been set up to help the family with final expenses. The family would like to thank the staff at the Rose Garden for taking extra special care of dad for the last 4 ½ years.
