Anne Beatrice Fearon

Anne Beatrice Fearon, 54, of Battle Creek Michigan, passed away on March 13, 2023 surrounded by family and close friends.

Anne was born on August 15th in Elmont NY to John Edward Fearon “Jackie/Jack” and Beatrice “Bea” Fearon (Giglio). The family then moved to South Florida where she finished her schooling. Anne then attended the University of South Florida where she studied Accounting.  Anne was never married and had no children of her own, however she helped her best friend Jamie raise her son Robert which was also where Anne lived for the past 12 years on and off.

Anne was a kind, loving and thoughtful soul who will be remembered and missed by all who had the opportunity to meet her.  Her sense of humor, constant jokes and quick, witty comments that just rolled out of her mouth will be missed as she always would make someone’s awful day better.  Anne loved ALL animals, often preferring them over most people and was named the animal whisperer by those close to her.

Anne worked for the State of Michigan and made many many close friends.  She loved watching Robert and seeing him grow up to be an amazing young man and would tell everyone most of her grey hair was attributed to him.  Anne loved lighthouses and the water (ocean or lake) . It was her calming place.  You can be sure she is seizing the opportunity and enjoying the beautiful scenery with her father in heaven.

She is survived by her mother Bea Fearon of West Palm Beach Florida, brother Jim Fearon of Tennessee, best friend, sister and “her person” Jamie Flynn and as close as a son could be Robert Flynn of Battle Creek MI, Aunt Jo-Ann Devereaux Moran (Chip “Thomas”) Virginia Beach, VA, Aunt Denise Amarino Ft Worth, Texas and many cousins.

Anne was predeceased by her father, John Fearon.

She was an organ donor and her legacy will carry on forever reminding us that we are in control of our attitudes and lives.  We should all choose to live a life of meaningful acts of love, kindness and service like Christ modeled for us. 

Ofield Funeral Home will take care of the Cremation and A Celebration of Life is being planned for summer time at her favorite lake in Jackson MI.

In Lieu of Flowers, the family requests all donations be made to @Hogs for Dogs or a local Animal Shelter

Her heart of this world may not beat, but her spirit and love for those she knew (including animals) was stubbornly strong and forever remembered.
