Jason is survived by his parents Jon and Mary Lou Carroll, brother Lawrence Johansen, sister Jaime (Carroll) Owings, his four children Dylan Williamson, Dalton Carroll, Penny and Zakk Urias, and grandchildren Aaliyah, Jayce and Dalton Jr.
