Zdravko Ivoš, of Caledonia, Michigan, formerly of Bugojno, Bosnia and Herzegovina, age 62, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 13, 2026.

Zdravko was born on July 8, 1963, in Bugojno, Bosnia and Herzegovina, to Frano and Kata Ivoš.

In 1992, Zdravko immigrated to Grand Rapids, Michigan, determined to provide a better life for his beloved family. After serving in the Croatian War, he worked tirelessly, embodying the values of perseverance, humility, and sacrifice. Zdravko was known by all who knew him as one of the kindest, most hardworking, and loving men, always placing the needs of others before his own.

His unwavering faith and love for his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, guided every aspect of his life. He was a devoted husband, a proud father, and a deeply cherished grandfather who found his greatest joy in his grandchildren and spoiled them every chance he could.

Zdravko's passing leaves a profound emptiness in the hearts of his family and friends. While he will be deeply missed, his legacy of faith, kindness, and unconditional love will continue to live on through those he touched.

Zdravko is survived by his beloved wife of 38 years, Mira; his loving children Josipa (Sean), Nikola (Brandi), and Bruno (Cassie); and his treasured grandchildren Mattea, Lux, Sutton, and Luka. He is also survived by his sisters Anja and Jelica, brother Branko, and many extended family members and dear friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Frano and Kata, and his brother, Ante.

Visitation will be held at 10:00am until 11:00am on Saturday, January 17, 2026 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 1935 Plymouth Avenue SE Grand Rapids, MI 49506. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00am. Burial will be at Resurrection Cemetery, Wyoming.
