After losing her battle with cancer, Yvette Jane Renney, 54, of Grand Rapids, MI, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 2, 2022, surrounded by loved ones.

Yvette was born to Douglas and Rosemary Frost on January 23, 1968, in Oxford, England, and moved to the United States at the age of 11. While she was able to work, she worked as a CNA caring for the elderly, brightening the days of those she touched with her infectious smile.

Yvette was a comic and a practical joker who loved to laugh. Her love for her family was unsurpassed. She was a dedicated wife and mother, a caring daughter and sister.

She is survived by her loving husband, Mark Renney; her son, Alex Renney; parents Douglas and Rosemary Frost; sister, Vanessa (Ken) Wobma; In-laws, Ralph and Patricia Renney, Kim (Bryan) Loveless, Cindy (Torrey) Feutz, Julia (Rick) Parker, Linda (John) Brown, Chuck (Trudy) Renney, Tina (Gabe) Melinn; and many dear nieces and nephews.
