Wayne Truman Dudley Jr, age 72, gained his wings on Saturday February 25th peacefully at home surrounded by loved ones.

Wayne was born in Pennsylvania and moved to Michigan in the 50s where he graduated from Grandville High school. After he graduated, Wayne served in the 101st Airborne during Vietnam, where he earned several medals, including a Purple Heart and a Distinguished Service Cross. When he returned he went on to work at General Motors where he retired after 30 years. After retirement, he enjoyed being with his family, riding his Harley, visiting the casino or helping his community.

Wayne was preceded in death by his parents Wayne Sr and Catherine Dudley, brother Donald Dudley, nephews Ryan Schadt and Donald Dudley and niece Heather Dudley. He is survived by his 4 siblings, Steve (Barb), Dennis (Margaret), Ron Sr and Donna (Al). He also left behind his dear ex-wife Karen Dudley, numerous nieces and nephews including his cherished great nieces Sylvia and Leilah and cousins Lisa and Scott Fouse.

At Wayne's request, no services will be held but family will notify loved ones in the future for a possible memorial.
