July 25, 2011 Virginia (Ziesse) Stoel, age 93, formerly of Grandville, went to be with our Lord on July 25, 2011. Virginia leaves one daughter, Ruth (Carl) Greene, two granddaughters, Cathy (Paul) Coury and Heidi (Jim) Prior; 6 great-grandsons, Spencer, Gabriel and Nicholas Coury; Seth, Aiden and Noah Prior as well as her dear friends Ron and Lois DeHaan. She was preceded in death by her husband Willard; sister and brother-in-law Olagene and James Conrad; her brother-in-law Ward (Mary Ann) Stoel; her brother-in-law and sister-in-law Clifford and Merlyn VanderWal; brother-in-law Edward (Jaclyn) Cherry and sister-in-law Marion Anderson. Her family was the light of her life and she theirs. Virginia worked at Steelcase, Inc. for 23 years, beginning her career in the mailroom and ending it as a buyer of paint and fabric. She loved life and was always there when a friend or her family was in need of a listening ear, a hem in a garment, or just someone to have lunch with. She was a true and loyal friend to all. A memorial service will be held at Porter Hills Village, a place she called home for 11 years, in the Meeting House (far west entrance) at 10:00 AM on Friday, July 29, 2011 The Rev.
