Mr. Victor Harper, of Cedar Spring, passed away on November 16th, 2017. The son of Chester and Daisy Harper, Victor was born on April 18th, 1929, in Holland, Michigan. Following Victors wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will take place at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Simply Cremation.
