Vickie A. Haynes (Douglas) of Mattawan, Michigan, age 56, passed away unexpectedly on June 10, 2022. She was born to William and Billie (Chancellor) Douglas on October 18, 1965, in Paw Paw, MI.

In her free time Vickie loved to travel across country with her husband in his semi, spending time at the beach, she had a love for music-Bob Seger was her favorite artist, she enjoyed being with her family, her grandchildren were her world and loved being with them and caring for them.

Vickie is survived by her beloved husband of forty years Phillip A. Haynes; loving children Aaron Haynes, Lori and Kristopher Evans, Zachary Haynes; loving grandchildren Zachary Haynes Jr and Evelyn Haynes; siblings Julie Douglas, Charlie and Stacy Douglas, Janie Newnum, John Paul and Christian Tomerlin, Mary Helen Stewart of California; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents William and Billie Douglas; sister Terri Lynn Tomerlin, and brother Jimmy Lee Tomerlin.

There will be a celebration of life in the coming months to celebrate Vickie's life.
