On Sunday, August 6, 2023, after a short battle with cancer, Travis was called to his eternal home in Heaven, where he was greeted by his Lord Savior Jesus Christ, along with a welcoming committee that consisted of his Dad Jeff, Grandparents Marlin and Sandy Zantello and Ronald and Joyce Everitt, Niece Raegan Lowman, and Cousin Andy Zantello.

Travis was born on February 24, 1989, and graduated from Kalamazoo Central High School in 2007. With his warm smile, welcoming presence, and big hugs, Travis touched many people in his lifetime. Entering into a saving relationship with the Lord Jesus, he had a compassionate heart and desire to bring the Gospel to other people. The last three years, Travis worked at Youth For Christ Kalamazoo, where he ministered to both the young and the old. In addition to his passion for all things Jesus, he had a love for golf, wrestling, hunting, adventure, and shoes! Travis also enjoyed spending time with girlfriend Katie Zehner and man's best friend Huckleberry.

Travis is survived by his Mom Jill Bertolissi, Brother Dustin (Kami), Sister Jessica (Brian) Lowman, three Nephews: Fisher, Jeffey, and Wesley, Grandparents Ken and Jan Bertolissi, several Aunts and Uncles, and many Cousins.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at Hope Reformed Church, 910 Jenkins Blvd, Kalamazoo, MI, on September 9th, 2023, at 2:00 pm. Travis would have appreciated any donations to Youth for Christ Kalamazoo.
