Thomas John Piotrowski age 92 of Belmont, MI went to be with his Lord and Savior on July 11, 2017. He was a WW II US Navy Veteran from 1943 - 1946. He Served aboard the SS North King and also on USS Salerno Bay. Thomas was preceded in death by his parents Helen and Alex Piotrowski, brother Alex Piotrowski and sister Helen Prince. He will be lovingly missed by his wife Florence after 70 years of marriage, His 4 children; Peter, Tommy, Joe, and Patricia Hamann, 8 grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren. He loved music and singing and will be sadly missed by family friends, and relatives. Funeral to be held at Grand Rapids Home for Veterans in the Chapel on Thursday, July 20th. Visitation is at 12:00 Service is at 1:00 followed by military burial at 2:00 pm in the Cemetery at the Veterans Home.
