Thelma G. Osborn, 93, of Fennville, MI., passed away on September 8th, 2023 at the Wings Hospice Home in Allegan, MI.

She was preceded in death by by her husband Frank Osborn, a son Lyle Billings, a sister Myrtle Brooks, and brother Jim Green, Thelma is survived by sons Roger Billings of Allegan, Thomas Billings of Fennville, daughter Linda Sturm of Florida, step daughter Donna Osborn Catron, and sisters Donna Miller of Allegan and Dorothy Blanchard in Florida.

The family has requested that any donations be made to the Wings of Hope Hospice in Allegan.

A Memorial will be held at a later date.
