TerriRae “Terri” Marie Simpson, age 59, of Grand Rapids, Michigan, was called home to eternal peace on February 28, 2026, following a period of declining health. Though her passing came sooner than expected, her family finds comfort in knowing she is now free from suffering and embraced in everlasting rest.

Terri was born on February 9, 1967, in Gladwin, Michigan, to John Charles Simpson and Katherine (Varney) Simpson.

Terri was a proud and loving mother to Ashley (Alex) Krieger and Lindsey (Alex) Watson, and an adoring grandmother to Bailee Krieger, Kendall Krieger, Ehly Watson, Emmalynn Watson, and Carter Krieger.

In the final weeks of her life, she deeply treasured time spent surrounded by her children and grandchildren — moments filled with love, connection, and memories that will remain with them always.

While her passing was sudden, those who loved her find comfort in believing she has been welcomed into eternal peace and reunited with those who have gone before her. Her spirit lives on in every story shared and in the love carried forward by her family.
