Susan M. White (Slagle) of Sparta, Michigan, aged 65, passed away on June 6, 2021. She was born to Dale and Rae Slagle on February 6, 1956 in Grand Rapids, MI. Susan was the only daughter in a family with three brothers. She grew up on the Northeast side of Grand Rapids and graduated from Creston High School. After living in Michigan for many years, Susan moved to Tennessee and loved living near the mountains. Susan worked at Walgreens as a manager and pharmacy tech for many years. In her spare time, Susan loved to ride her bike, go camping with friends and go to the casino.

Susan is survived by her son, Keith (Jill) Cardosa and three brothers; Rodney, Larry and Dale Slagle. Also her two grandsons, Jared and Nate and her nephews. Susan also left behind many good friends, including Keith's father, Arnie. She was preceded in death by her parents. The family would like to thank Spectrum Health Hospice for caring for Susan in her last days.

There will be a time of visitation on Friday, June 11, 2021 from 6:00 until 8 p.m. at Ofield Funeral Home, 4500 Kalamazoo Avenue SE, Kentwood, Michigan, 49508.
