Obituary

Susan K. Cimini (Lenz), 76, passed away peacefully in the early morning hours of July 18, 2026, at the home she shared with her daughter. She is now reunited with her beloved husband, Tony Cimini, who preceded her in death.

Born on September 5, 1949, in Detroit, Michigan, Susan lived a life defined by love, kindness, laughter, and service to others. She was a cherished daughter, devoted mother, loving sister, proud grandmother, and treasured friend whose warmth touched everyone she met.

Susan enjoyed working at her local elementary school, where her caring nature and friendly spirit made a lasting impact on students and colleagues alike. She found joy in gardening, cooking, and lending a helping hand to anyone in need. Whether tending to her flowers, preparing a meal for family and friends, or simply offering support to someone going through a difficult time, Susan gave generously of herself.

Known for her wonderful sense of humor and adventurous spirit, Susan loved to laugh and embrace life's opportunities. She believed in living in the moment and cherished every memory made with those she loved. Her enthusiasm for life and her ability to find joy in everyday moments will be remembered by all who knew her.

Susan's greatest joy was her family. She leaves behind her loving daughter, Amy Cantrell, and grandson, Logan Cantrell; her son and daughter-in-law, Mathew and Krystal Patterson; and her cherished grandchildren, Ava and Nicholas Patterson. She also leaves behind her extended family, and many dear friends who will forever hold her memory close to their hearts.

Susan's legacy of compassion, generosity, laughter, and unconditional love will continue to live on through the many lives she touched. Though she will be deeply missed, her family takes comfort in the beautiful memories they shared and the lasting impact she made on those around her.

Forever loved, forever remembered.
