Sue Ann Bailey (Zimmerman) 9-9-1948 - 10-26-2016 She was the best friend you could ever have. Loyal, supportive, a great listener and an outstanding caregiver. She was the kind of person you could always count on to help with anything. She loved sports car racing, nature and has always had a pet around to make your day. Her husband Duane was the center of her world. Even he will admit that she doted on him. Her friends and family who knew her will miss her greatly. Sue moved to GR in 1977, and she work 39 of those years at Herman Miller, serving her customers with care and excellence. She was always the "go to" person and "on the spot" problem solver. It never mattered to her if she was on vacation, or making meatballs, she was never too busy to stop and help a valued customer with an issue or concern. Wife of W. Duane Bailey, daughter of Robert and Arleen Zimmerman; Sister of Glenn (Dorien), Brian (Bonnie) and Bev (Dave Brown), two sisters in laws and nieces and nephews will greatly miss her smile and ability to make us laugh so hard we nearly peed our pants. A memorial will be held Thursday, November 3, 2016, at Cornerstone United Methodist Church, at 11 a.m. Those wishing to offer expressions of sympathy are encouraged making a memorial contribution to Gift of Life, or Cornerstone United Methodist Church, 1675 84th St SE, Caledonia, MI.
