Steven Allan Wickering, age 70 passed away with his family by his side on August 25, 2017. He is survived by his loving wife Diane, his children Jennifer Cherry and Janaka Edwards; his 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren; sisters Susan (Allan) Bailey and Terri (Randy) Cotter; and brother Jim (Colleen) Wickering. The family will have a visitation on Thursday from 6-9 PM with a Rosary at 8:00 PM at Ofield Funeral Home, 4500 Kalamazoo Ave SE, Grand Rapids, MI. A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, September 1, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Blessed Sacrament Church, 2275 Diamond Ave NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49505. A benefit for Steve is open to the public on Saturday October 28, 2017 1-10 PM at the Amvets Post 23, 98 52nd St. Kentwood, MI 49548. Come join the family and friends for music, food, and a silent auction.
