Steven Patrick Martindale passed away unexpectedly on Monday June 23, 2025, in the morning at Bronson Methodist Hospital Kalamazoo, MI.

Steven Was born on August 10, 1971, in Alamogordo, New Mexico the son of Doug Martindale of Elkhorn, WI. and Nancy Sobottka of Scotts, MI. Steven Went to Vicksburg High School in Vicksburg, MI.

He took some college classes at KVCC (Kalamazoo Valley Community College). He liked chickens and always talked to his dad about wanting some. Steven had many friends that he loved.

Steven is proceeded in death by both of his grandparents.

Surviving him are his father and stepmother, Doug and Linda Martindale, his mother, Nancy Sobottka, and a son, Aaron of Kalamazoo, MI. Steve also had two dogs that he loved so much that they were his whole world, Ziggy and Peanut.

On August 10, 2025, at 1 PM in Milham Park, Amy is planning to have a memorial in honor of Steven for his friends and family. Please come celebrate with her. Entrance Milham Park off Lovers Lane and go to the middle of the park there is a parking lot and picnic tables and shade.
