Steven Jay Gilland, of Twin Lake, age 63, passed away Tuesday, May 31,2022 in the comfort of his own home. Steve was one of seven children. He worked carpentry and masonry for over forty years. In his free time, he enjoyed fishing, riding snowmobiles, building his 58' Chevy, rides along the lakeshore and spending time with his grandchildren and family.
Steve is survived by his beloved wife Wendy Gilland (Wittebort); Children Adam (Tarra) Gilland, and Antashia (Mike) Briggs and grandchildren, Liam, Gavin, and Charles. He is also survived by three step children Anita (Luke) Schroeder, Tianna (Bob) Bennetts, and CJ (Dianna) Genson, as well as much more extended family members. He is also survived and missed by his best friend Joe (Linda) Kelly. He is preceded in death by his parents, Claude and Connie Barnes, as well as siblings and grandparents.
