Steven Ray Gilchrist, age 50 of Cedar Springs, went to be with our Lord and Savior Sunday, October 9th, 2022 while surrounded by family. Steve was born March 20th, 1972 to Katherine and Edward Gilchrist. Steve is preceded in death by his father, Edward Gilchrist, brothers, Charlie and Daniel Gilchrist, and wife, Tracy Gilchrist. He is survived by his mother, brother David, 3 daughters; Jessica (Chris), Alexis (Jordan), and Jaylin. He leaves behind cherished granddaughters; Rylee, Kaylee, Kylee, Kloie, and grandson Gunnar, nephew Justin (Anna), and many other friends, family, and loved ones.

Steve was fun, carefree, and had the biggest heart for those he loved. He loved to spend time with friends and family and was always busy working on some kind of project to show off his creativity. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting memorial contributions be made to Tracy and Steve's daughter.

A celebration of life will he held at the Sparta civic center on Sunday, November 20th, 2022 from 2 pm to 5 pm. The family welcomes any friends, family, and other loved ones to join in celebrating his wonderful life. Service Details. Visitation
