Steven Joseph Erikson, beloved son, father, uncle and friend, passed away unexpectedly in a work related accident on June 24th 2022 at the age of 49. Steve was born March 25th 1973 to Gary and Sandra Erikson in Harvey, Illinois. In 1996 Steve moved to Pullman, MI where he started his career in masonry. Although a mason by trade, Steve was very proficient in many areas of construction.

A kid at heart, he loved his niece and nephews, and got so much joy out of teaching them the rules of the great outdoors. When Steve wasn't shooting himself in the foot or causing a ruckus, he enjoyed fishing, spending time with his family and simply being the life of the party.

He is survived by his love, Katrina Treat, his children, Kaylee, Kennedy, Aedin, Sarah, and Riley, his mother, Sandy Erikson, his only favorite Aunt Joni (Jim) Eickman, his sisters, Kim (Tavaras) Erikson, Kelly (Ed) Mercer and his niece and nephews, Xiaya, Eddie, Kyren, Javien, and Noah. He is preceded in death by his father, Gary Erikson, and his nephew Jarred Erikson. Steve will be dearly missed by many friends, family, and all those whose lives he touched.

A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m on August 21st at Lee Township Cemetery in Pullman, Michigan. Service Details.
