Simranpal Singh Deol, beloved son and brother, passed on and joined our lord Waheguru-ji on November 26th, 2024. He is survived by his parents, Pritpal Singh Deol and Sukhjit Kaur Dosanjh, as well as his brother, Hardeep Singh Deol.

Born on June 29, 1991, in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Simran was a beacon of light to his family and friends throughout the entire course of his time on this earth. As a child, he was a steadfast and kind older brother not only to Hardeep, but all of his cousins; always one to help, never one to complain - a role model of Sikh Seva. These qualities only grew over the years, and Simran eventually became a pillar for family, friends, coworkers, and his community at large, touching countless lives in myriad ways. A clear example of this can be found in his work as a burgeoning physician at McLaren Hospital in Flint, Michigan - no matter where you go, there's a patient whose life he transformed or a coworker ready to share fond memories. This is the great achievement of his life: endless kindness, endless compassion, endless laughs, and endless service.

Though his time was cut short, the memories and impact he left behind will last forever. His memory will continue to inspire, comfort, and bring joy to his family and friends, as they remember a life beautifully lived and a man dearly loved. Thank you, Simran, for everything.
