Scott Matthew Wohlert, 65, was called back to his lord on August 5 th , 2021. Scott was born in Allegan, Michigan and raised in Fennville, Michigan.

He attended Hope College in 1975/76 where he took a summer job roofing. Shortly thereafter, he decided to start his own roofing business, Scott Wohlert Roofing. Scott had a love for life and enjoyed being outdoors. He found enjoyment in many things such as boating, camping and snowmobiling but his greatest passion was in hunting and fishing. He was a very charismatic man and could tell the most colorful stories. Those that knew him couldn't help but like him and many became lifelong friends. Scott was a dedicated father and grandfather.

He was preceded in death by his mother Shirley Wohlert in 2014 and his father Matthew Wohlert in 1998. He is survived by his son, Jason Wohlert; his daughter, Kelli (Sean) Cassis; and his grandchildren, Rylee and Parker Cassis and Ashlyn Wohlert. His generous spirit will be missed by all whose lives he touched.

A celebration of life service will be held in the spring/summer of 2022 with the date, time, and location to be determined later. Notifications will be sent out prior to the service.
