Scott Uriah Norkoli passed away Wednesday, October 19th, 2022 after a courageous battle with cancer.

Scott was always up for an adventure and had a zeal for life. He loved to travel, explore and take the 'scenic route' in all aspects of his life. His love of travel, music, politics and living life to it's fullest gained him a hugely diverse group of friends all over the country. His big heart was on display daily as he took care of his patients with compassion and care in hospitals throughout Michigan and Oregon.

Being a proud member of the LGBTQ community, Scott was an advocate for rights for ALL people and demonstrated his Pride at parades and events with a smiling face and loud voice.

His family and friends will fondly remember Scott for his sass, vocal opinions and story-telling. Most of all, Scott will be missed for his uncanny ability to light up any room, with his infectious laugh and bright smile.

Scott leaves behind his parents, Bruce and Christine Norkoli, sister and brother in-law, Heidi and Joshua Fenner, nephew, Tristan Fenner and lots of friends, aunts, uncles and cousins (which we have decided many years ago there are far too many to count).

Please join the family for visitation at Zion Lutheran Church 350 Pearl St. Cadillac, MI on Thursday, October 27th from 6pm-8pm or Friday, October 28th from 10am-11am with a memorial service at 11am. A luncheon will follow.
