Scott Patrick Lindsey, aged 67, of Grand Rapids, was brought home to his heavenly Father on April 9, 2026. 

With joy for his destination, but with heartfelt sorrow, he leaves his wife of 43 years, Estella Lindsey; children, Vicky, Joey, Dede (Andre), Brandon; and several grandchildren. He will also be sadly missed by his sisters, Colleen (Ted), Julie (Matt), and Valerie (Jason); many nieces and nephews, cousins, and special friends who loved him dearly. 

Scott was preceded in death by his son, Taylor, and his parents, Patrick and Judith Lindsey.

This vibrant and loving man touched many lives, from his pool leagues and karaoke days, to hosting many get-togethers at their home. He enjoyed DIY projects, being outside, and listening to music (he had excellent taste). Scott’s great love for Stella carried him through all the years, enjoying her homecooked Mexican meals, sale shopping, Wii tournaments, and virtually doing everything together. 

He was a happy man. Because he was quite content, he asked that there be no memorial or service, and just to have all remember him in a loving way. 

The family hopes you will give a toast to Scott and remember how much fun he was.
