January 27, 2015 Sarah J. Jackson age 80 died on Tuesday, January 27, 2015. Sarah is survived by her dear friend, Nancy Schulte; friends, Susanne Schulte and Diane Curtis; sister, Gladys Gratrix. She was preceded in death by her parents, Hugh and Gladys Williams, a sister and four brothers. Sarah was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan and attended Wayne State University. She lived in Burma for several years in her early twenties and loved the people and culture. Sarah was a very unique and exceptional individual. She was a seeker of knowledge and information. She watched National Geographic, Science, and History channels and could talk about what she learned to anyone who was interested and willing to listen. She loved to travel and never missed a point of interest off the beaten path. She was a talented photographer and loved to photograph Michigan. In her later work life, she was an offset printer at Wyoming Public Schools. She appreciated the personal and loving care she received, over the years, from Doctors Kathy Osborn, Kevin Brader and Paul Harris. Private burial took place at Woodlawn Cemetery. Sarah was loved and will be missed.
