Sandra Kay Carrell (Klop) of Grand Haven, Michigan passed away in her home on February 22, 2021. Sandra was the 2nd oldest in a family of 7 children to Kenneth and Alberta Klop of Grand Haven. She was a 1956 graduate of Grand Haven High School.
Sandi was married to Joe Carrell for 20 years, and they had 5 children together. Sandi loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was a member of Robinson Baptist church for 57 years and was regularly active in the church. She taught Sunday School, Awana and sang in the choir for many years. Sandi loved going to the beach to watch the waves and she enjoyed listening to gospel music.
Sandi is survived by her 4 children, 14 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, 1 brother and 4 sisters. She was preceded in death by her parents, 1 brother, and 1 son.
A memorial service will be held at Robinson Baptist Church 12011 120th avenue, Grand Haven, Michigan 49417 on Saturday March 13, 2021 at 11:00 am. The service will also be live streamed on the church's website for those not able to attend.
