Sally Lynn Ditmar Boeskool Hunter, beloved Wife, Mother, Daughter, Grandmother, Sister, Aunt and Friend went home to the Lord on Thursday, July 18, 2024.

She is survived by her husband, Lee Hunter, her children, Dana Hrusovsky (Kurt Duiven), Brian Boeskool (Shantina), Tara Farkas (Dan), Brett Boeskool, and Stacey Nelson (Adam), Ian Hunter (Betsy), and Bryan Hunter (Marilyn), Siblings Tom Ditmar (Carol), Mary Genther (Glen) Nancy Ditmar, William Trumbull (Sharon, predeceased) as well as her grandchildren, Alexander Karel, Matthew Boeskool, Christian Boeskool, Nicholas Boeskool, Stephen Boeskool, Briana Boeskool, Amy Nelson, Liam Hunter, Bevin Hunter, Lee Hunter and Charlie Hunter.  Sally was predeceased by parents Jerry Ditmar (Norine, (predeceased Jerry) and Harriet)) and her brother Bob Ditmar (Nancy).

Sally retired as a register RN, who loved rescuing pets, knitting items to donate, and helping others whenever she could.

Sally was known for her fun-loving and kind-hearted nature, and her home was always open to friends, family and those in need. She leaves behind a legacy of warmth and generosity, cherished by all who knew her.

A celebration of life will be held at the American Legion in Dorr, Michigan on Saturday, August 3, 2024, from 1p-4p.
