Ruth Ann Visser (Van Den Bosch), age 78, of Grand Rapids, Michigan, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 3, 2020. Ruth was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother who enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Corres and Gladys Van Den Bosch, her brother, Keith Van Den Bosch, her sister Lois Van Den Bosch and her mother and father-in-law, Sally and Jacob Visser. Ruth will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Arend Visser, her children, Scott (Nancy) Visser, Lois (Brian) Gilcher, Dennis (Deb) Visser, her granddaughters, great-granddaughter and several nieces and nephews. The celebration of Ruth's life will be on Friday, March 6, 2020 at Unity Reformed Church, 4450 Poinsettia Avenue SE, Kentwood, MI 49508. Family and friends will gather at 10:00 a.m. with a service immediately following at 11:00 a.m. Those who wish to make memorial contributions may do to Spectrum Health Hospice at give.spectrumhealth.org, or the Alzheimer's Association at act.alz.org.
