Rusty Neil Brown age 64 of Ionia, Michigan passed away June 1, 2024 in his home. He was born August 26,1959 to Kenneth and Betty Brown (Conroy) of Greenville, Michigan. Rusty was married to the love of his life Autumn (Wakley) for 42 years. They were married on November 27, 1982.

Rusty was a loving and caring husband, father, and papa. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren, and his friends. He enjoyed helping other people and made friends everywhere he went. He was a workaholic and was often called the energizer bunny. He also enjoyed spending time outdoors.

Rusty is survived by his wife, Autumn Brown (Wakley) of Ionia; children, Heather Wakley of Fenwick, Rusty (Kendra) Brown II of Ionia; grandchildren, Kaylah Brown, Keatyn Walsweer, Andriah Brown, Macy Meehan, Alivia Brown, Owen Richardson; siblings, Dennis (Donna) Brown of Gowen, Pamela (Paul) Roberts of Gowen; in-laws, April (Carl) Heyneman of Indiana, Robbyn Wakley of Ionia, Vickie (Jeff) Kotlarczyk of Tennessee, Icyelene Read of Zilwaukee; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Debra Brown; brother, Kenneth Brown; father-in-law, Raymond Wakley; mother-in-law, Sandra Houghton; brother-in-law, Timothy Houghton.
