Rosamond Ray, formerly Rosamond Dresselhouse, 82 years old, lived in Grand Haven until a recent move to Azpira of Breton. Rose died peacefully on Saturday, November 9, 2019 after of 30-year battle with Parkinson's Disease. Rose loved her family and friends dearly. Rose was born in Jackson, Michigan and was married by age 17 for 63 years. She was a bank teller, enjoyed the holidays, tubing at the cottage, cooking and entertaining. She LOVED any casino trips. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert L Ray on June 9, 2018. She is survived by John Ray and his children, Robin Burr (Bob) and his family, her sister, Rene Arthur from Saginaw and her children. She loved her grandchildren, nieces, nephews and great-grandchildren. A Celebration of Life will be held at Ofield Funeral Home (4500 Kalamazoo Ave., Kentwood, MI) on Friday, November 15, 2019 at 10:00 AM. A special thanks to Heartland Hospice for their outstanding care and concern.
