Ronald L. Snyder age 73 of Grand Rapids passed away Friday, August 12, 2016. He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years Kathy; sons Jon(Shangtang), Kevin Shawn, Steven, and Patrick; grandson Ryan; brothers Ken(Ruth), Karl(Alice); sisters Ginny(Dan) Baird, Rose(Mike) Herweyer; brothers-in-law Kevin(Robin) Sandgren, Joel Hubka; sister-in-law Dawn Snyder; many nieces and nephews. Ron was preceded in death by his parents Mike and Irene Snyder, brother Vance, sister Patricia Hubka, parents-in-law Harry and Maryanne Sandgren. Ron worked at Steelcase for 38 years. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, August 16th at Grand Rapids First Church, 2100 44th St. SW, with a luncheon to follow. The family will meet with friends at 10:00 am, before the service. Memorial contributions may be made to his family to help with funeral expenses.
