Ronald was born on July 31st, 1942, in Detroit, Michigan to Edward and Helen Lewek.

Ron Lewek survived by his wife, Judy, Daughters, Kelly Lamb, Kristen Gunnells, Son, Darrin Lewek and daughter, Ashley Baker. Brother Ted Lewek. Ron also had 13 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren
