Ronald Alan
Lesperance
Apr 21, 1964 — Oct 7, 2026
Ron was a beloved husband, dad, grandpa, son, brother, and friend who was an irreplaceable part of so many lives. Ron and Vicki shared 39 beautiful years of marriage, finding in each other a true partner in adventure and in everyday life. They enjoyed getting out and exploring, whether in search of live music, wandering through towns they had never visited, or taking the scenic route just to see where it led. At home, they found just as much joy in the everyday, doing things side by side and taking pride in the life they built. Above all, they deeply appreciated one another, sharing a love that only grew stronger with the years. Ron was a proud dad to Jayme (Ashley) and Jess (Alex), and a cherished Buppa to Luca, Leni, Miles, and Maren. He had a special soft spot for his grandkids and was always up for whatever they wanted to play. He loved being part of their world and sharing in the things that brought them joy.
Ron enjoyed being busy; he was often tinkering with something or tackling a new project. Music was one of Ron’s passions. His taste was eclectic, and he appreciated both the artistry and audio components behind each album he collected. Ron also enjoyed the outdoors and browsing estate sales, always curious about what he might come across. He shared an appreciation for classic cars with his dad, Chuck, and some of his favorite moments were spent alongside him at swap meets, where the two shared a love for the hunt and a bond that was uniquely theirs.
Ron had an easygoing nature and a big heart. He showed he cared through his actions and his presence, always willing to lend a hand or be there for someone who needed him. He had a natural ability to reconnect with people, effortlessly picking up right where they left off, no matter how much time had passed. He never needed recognition or thanks; being there for others was simply who he was.
Throughout his four-year battle with metastatic melanoma, Ron faced many difficult days with strength, determination, and the same tenacity as his favorite character, Wile E. Coyote. He kept pushing forward, meeting each challenge with the perseverance that was so much a part of who he was. Although cancer was part of his journey, it was only a small part of his story and could never overshadow the life he lived, the people he loved, or the memories he leaves behind.
Ron is also survived by his father, Chuck, his mother, Jo, and his sisters, Nancy and Linda.
Ron was deeply loved and will be forever cherished. His family will always be grateful for the life they shared with him and the love that will always connect them. They find comfort in knowing that he is now at peace in Heaven, free from pain. The love Ron gave and the countless ways he made life better for those around him will remain with them always.
