Rodger Dale Granger, age 76, passed away on Saturday, March 11, 2023, at Spectrum Health Butterworth Hospital.

Rodger was born on December 8, 1946, in Mt. Clemens, MI, to Roy Henery and Sophia Mae (Babbitt) Granger.

He was a devoted, member of Brookside Christian Reformed Church.  Throughout his life, he enjoyed fishing, grilling, and singing in the choir.  He also developed a computer hobby making cards for people.

Rodger is survived by his wife, Barbara (Cleveland) Granger; his children: Steven Mark Granger and Lisa Marie Granger (Larry Harvey); his siblings: Carol (Don) Ballard and Chris Granger; as well as many other family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Roy Alan Granger.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 25, 2023, at Ofield Funeral Home, 4500 Kalamazoo Ave SE, Kentwood, MI 49508, with Pastor Paul DeVries officiating.  A visitation will take place from 12:00 noon until the time of service.  A luncheon will follow.  Burial will be held at a later date at Chapel Hill Memorial Cemetery.
