Robert John Simpson, 83, peacefully passed away February 8, 2019 while in the company of his family. He was born September 27, 1935 to Alfred and Oma Simpson who along with his granddaughter Cadey preceded him in death. Bob is survived by his wife of 62 years, Patricia Simpson and his sister, Jeanette Champion, daughters Pam (Tom) Coleman and Amy McKay (Phil Schaafsma), son Bob (Jen) Simpson as well as grandchildren, Amanda (Greg) Hewitt, Kyle (Brooke) Coleman, Taylor (Brandi) Coleman, Nathan (Olivia) McKay, Casey McKay, and great-grandchildren, Brianna Coleman, Hailey Coleman, Olivia Hewitt, Owen Hewitt and Thomas Coleman. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Bob was a building contractor and owner of Simpson Development during his working days. He enjoyed spending time with his family and working in his shop. He will be remembered for his calm influence, many motor home trips, building and woodworking skills he taught to all of us.
