IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Robert Dale
Miller
April 30, 1955 – June 10, 2022
Robert Dale Miller, age 67, passed away unexpectedly on June 10, 2022. Bob (aka Bobby Dale) was born on April 30, 1955 in Lincoln, NE to Leroy "Ted" and Nina (Hoft) Miller. He is survived by his wife of 14 years, Patrice and her children; Shannon (Larry) Musfelt of Pinellas Park, FL, Abbi Rubbelke of Grand Rapids, Jason (Vicky) Kies of ChiaYi, Taiwan, Rob (Kim) Bruwer of Byron Center, and Jeni (Manny) Navarro of Coon Rapids, MN.
Even though Bob never had children of his own he absolutely loved his role as "Bubba" to his step-grandchildren; Tyler, Darien (Taylor), Dillon (James), Giada, Graece, Giuliana, Ada, Kate, and Gabi, and treasured playing "Bubba Santa" every Christmas.
Bob is also survived by his brother; Jim (Cheryl) Miller sisters; Anita (Lisa) Storrs and Anna Collins as well as aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Cathy; his brother, Ron Miller; his parents; grandchildren Tom and Brittney; and many other family members.
Bob loved spending time with family and playing board games with his grandchildren and attending their sporting events. He always dressed in costume for his favorite holiday, Halloween, and really enjoyed decorating the yard and handing out candy to the neighborhood kids. He loved to travel and search out new adventures. He also enjoyed cooking and trying out new recipes and, along with his wife, composed a cookbook of recipes they prepared during the pandemic of 2020/21. He was a generous and loving person with a crazy sense of humor and was just a kid at heart. He will be greatly missed by many.
Per his wishes, there will be no funeral or memorial service. Cremation has taken place. Service Details.
