Robert (Bob) Draper, 70, of Grand Rapids, Michigan passed away on February 3, 2022. Bob was born on January 19, 1952 to Leon and Irene Draper in Grand Rapids, Michigan. After graduating from Kelloggsville in 1970, he went on to work as an electronic technician at Montgomery Wards and Televideo for 35 years. Bob married beloved wife Deborah on July 3rd 1971 and they went onto raise 6 children, Robert II (Debra) Draper, Amy (Daniel) Lenover, Daniel (Nicole) Draper, Corrinna (Steve) Meyer, Ellana Draper, James (Jordan) Draper. Grandchildren Amanda (Ramon) Navarro Naz, Trystan Lenover, Trevor Lenover, Victoria (Josh) Bowers, Tyler (Angie) Meyer, Desirae Meyer, Korynn Meyer, Dakota Randall, Lillian Draper, and Miles Draper. Great Grandchildren Camden Meyer, Greyson Foster, Amy Navarro Naz, Riley Meyer, Ezra Navarro Naz, and Emmett Bowers. Bob was a force of nature, determined to provide for his family and give them the life he felt they deserved. His family meant more to him than anything else in the world, something he often mentioned. He was unendingly proud of all his children, grandchildren, and wife Deborah and always tried his best to support them. Bob was also a passionate woodworker and could often be found whittling in his spare time. He was also a loving father to his dog Katy who filled his days with joy near the end of his life. Anyone who knew Bob knew that he was the most loving father and husband a family could ask for. Bob was preceded in life by wife Deborah, daughter Amy Lenover, son Robert Draper, and son-in-law Dan Lenover.
