Robert, 67, was born in 1958. The only son in his family. He learned to drive a semi at a young age and had worked with his father on masonry jobs starting when he was 10-year-old.  He was a hard worker and made weekly long haul runs from Michigan to California and Washington. He had a great love of seeing the mountains, the snows and the aurora borealis.  He also had stories about his distaste for driving a semi through the streets of New York, Boston or Las Vegas.

He was most often seen wearing black, whether it was his western boots, hat, shirt and the same style Levi jeans he's worn since he was 20.  He loved his rings, his 8 grandbabies.  They warmed his heart and made him smile with an occasional chuckle.

He had been together with his fiancé, Jarma Wells for 10 ½ yrs. Her four sons, Bradley Wells (Iryna), Nick Wells, Doug Wells (Audrey), David (Kayla). To them he was family.  To the 8 grandchildren, Nadiia, Markian, Elijah, Anna, Nestor, Caleb, Samuel and Olivia, he was known as Grandpa Bob.  He appreciated and enjoyed the friendship and enjoyable times with his friend Chuck and neighbors Eann, Mae, Eva, Anthony, and Victor.
