Borey, Robert 8/27/1920 - 10/13/2015 Grand Rapids Robert Emerson Borey Sr. of Grand Rapids, MI. Passed away Tuesday of natural causes. He was 95. Robert was born in Flint, MI, graduated from Flint Central High School and General Motors Institute. He enlisted in World War II in the Navy and served in the Pacific as a field hospital surgical assistant. He was preceded in death by his wife Katherine Ann Gray and brother Bruce K Borey. He is survived by his three children, Ellen Gray of Durham, NC., Robert Borey Jr. of Elk Rapids, MI, And Frank Borey of Rockford, MI. Robert is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. His enduring patience, infinite wisdom
