Richard (Rick) TerKeurst, age 62, of Rockford, MI passed away on Thursday, September 29 after a lingering illness. Rick was born in Grand Rapids, attended Westside Christian School, and graduated from Grand Rapids Christian High School in 1978. He lived his entire life in West Michigan. He loved hanging out with his family and particularly his ten grandchildren.

Rick was preceded in death by his wife Kathy. He is survived by his children Nicole (Jake) Walter and six children, Joel (Andrea) TerKeurst and two children, and Kari (TK) Klein and two children. Rick is also survived by his mother Karen TerKeurst and by three sisters Bev (John) Broersma, Sharon (Don) Porritt, and Amy (Jeff) Schmitt.

A visitation is scheduled from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Ofield Funeral Home on Thursday, October 6. A short memorial service will precede the visitation for the family. Service Details.
