In Loving Memory Richard LeRoy Jackson -age 78 Born -1/16/1938 Peacefully went to be with his Lord on Monday June 13, 2016 surrounded by his loved ones. His striking blue eyes and beautiful smile will be missed by those that knew and loved him. He is survived by His Brother-Harold and Sister-in-Law, Jeanette (John). His children; Sue (Mark), Tammy Jo (Mike), Candice (Dennis), Brian, Ken (Michelle), Kimberly (Doug), Melissa (John), Scott (Kimberly), Cindy (Brian). 23 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Richard was passionate about his faith and loved his family. His next love was his love for music. He was a talented, self-taught man and he loved to share his gifts. His hobbies included fishing, writing songs/music, gardening and working on cars. He was a Men's Auxiliary member of the VFW Post 830. Also a member of the Jackson Street Hall, along with other clubs where he shared his love of music and many friendships throughout the years. There will be a visitation, a time to meet with his family and friends 1 hour before the services. In lieu of flowers family asks that donations be made to Spectrum Health Hospice in Richards' name.
