Reginald Dale Bolden, 68, of Kalamazoo passed away on January 2, 2024, from complications after a stroke. He was born on April 10, 1955 to Joseph Bolden and Mildred Bell Bolden in Chicago, Ill. Regi as he liked to be called was the second of six children.

He retired from Burrough's in Parchment and enjoyed friends, karaoke and his computer. Regi was loved by all who knew him and could make friends with anyone.

Regi is survived by his wife of 28 years Julia, two sons Reginald Jr. and Cory Jacobs both of Kalamazoo, two stepsons Daniel Garrison of Mendon, Carl Standish of Kalamazoo and a stepdaughter Katelyn Standish of Three Rivers, and 11 grandchildren, 3 brothers Joseph and Timothy Bolden both of Kalamazoo, Anthony of Las Vegas and a Sister Evelyn Conley of Detroit. Several Nieces and Nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parent's and sister Sandra of Grand Rapids.

There will be a memorial service on Januray 19th, 1:00pm at St. James Church of God in Christ (302 E. North St., Kalamazoo, MI 49007), and a Memorial Gathering on January 20th, from 1:00pm to 4:00pm at The Sugar Bowl Bar and Grill (904 Washington Ave, Kalamazoo MI, 49001).
