Raymond Dean Williamson, age 52, passed away, Friday, January 25, 2013 in Grand Rapids, MI. Ray was born in Grand Rapids to Douglas and Doris Marie (Pettit) Williamson on March 8, 1960. Ray lived in the greater Grand Rapids area for most of his life where he worked as a mechanic. Ray was well known for great sense of humor, his love of Rock and Roll music, and his talents as a musician playing both the guitar and keyboard Ray is survived by his daughter, Amber Williamson, mother, Doris Williamson, brothers, Steven (Andrea) Williamson, Phillip Williamson, and Scott Williamson, sister-in-law, Jan Williamson Stycos, his nieces and nephews. Ray was preceded in death by his father, Douglas and brother Glen. Following Ray's wishes, cremation has taken place. A funeral mass for Ray will take place at 11:00AM on Saturday, February 9, 2013, at Saint Patrick Catholic Church in Parnell, Michigan. An online registry is available at SimplyCremationService.com
