IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Randy Alan
Davoren
June 16, 1967 – February 13, 2024
Randy Alan Davoren Sr, 56, of Pullman, Michigan passed away peacefully on Feb 13, 2024.
He was a loving partner, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and loyal friend to all who knew
him well. Although he was born and raised in Chicago, Pullman, Michigan was truly his
home.
Randy was a dedicated community member whose landscaping business cared for many of
the cottages and properties in the area for nearly two decades. Through the years he
championed many of Pullman's fundraisers and events. He was especially passionate
about supporting our veterans, including his son Eric, who also served. Known for his candor,
sincerity, and unabashed sense of humor, Randy's infectious belly-laughter could be heard across
the lake. He will be fondly remembered for these distinct qualities and for his quiet and deep pride
in his community, in his work, and in his family and friends.
Randy was preceded in death by his father James Richard Davoren Sr and mother May
Louise Davoren. He is survived by his partner Loretta Robinson; his children, Eric (Brandy)
Davoren, Randy Davoren Jr, and their mother Donna Tillery; grandchildren, Michael,
Jocelynn, and Gunner Davoren; brothers James Jr (Maureen) Davoren, Michael (Colleen)
Davoren; nieces and nephews who always liked spending time with Uncle Randy, James
(Susan) Davoren, Patricia (Joshua) Handley, Erin (Nick) Warren, Peter Gagen, Catie (Sean)
Blackburn, Matthew (Claire) Davoren; and his close circle of friends at the Blue Barn who
supported him through all times.
A celebration of life will take place summer of 2024 for family and friends (date to be
determined). In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Wings Home c/o Wings of Hope
Hospice, 530 Linn Street, Allegan, MI 49010.
