IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Randall Gene
Bobeldyk
July 31, 1950 – June 3, 2022
Randy Bobeldyk, age 71, passed away peacefully at home with family at his side on Friday, June 3, 2022. He was born in Holland, Michigan, graduated from Holland High School in 1968 and earned his degree from Ferris State University. He spent his career as a supervisor for YRC/Roadway Express where he retired in 2015. Randy was preceded in death by his parents Gerald and Beverly Bobeldyk and step father William Lundie. He is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Linda; her children Shawn (Tom) Fletcher and Jason (Linsey) Crowe; grandchildren Camden and Cooper Crowe, Shasta Barnett and great grandson Knight; brothers Charles (Barb), Mark (Kathy), Mike (Vicky), sister Gayle (Terry) Hampton; brother-in-law Mark (Gale) Miller; step sister Mary Hulst (Larry) as well as aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Randy enjoyed his classic rock music, working in the yard, golfing (especially his yearly golf trips with his brothers) and wonderful family vacations at Silver Lake. Many memorable summers were spent at their RV in South Haven with so many special friends, and happy hours on the bluff. Randy was a loving husband, a wonderful and devoted father to Shawn and Jason, a loving grandfather and all around kind, patient and gentle soul with a silly sense of humor. He is going to be greatly missed by all.
A memorial visitation will take place on Thursday, June 9, 2022 from 6pm-8pm. There will be a microphone available for friends and family to tell a story about Randy if you wish to do so.
