Ralph Lee Thomas, age 77 left this earthly life on February 27th, 2023. He was
surrounded by family love as he transitioned to the loving arms of his Mother for
a well-deserved rest in Heaven.

He was the youngest of eight children born to the union of Willie Mae and Roscoe
Thomas. Ralph was born November 24th, 1945, in Manistee Michigan. After
spending a wonderful childhood in Wellston Michigan, he followed some of his
siblings to Grand Rapids Michigan. There he enjoyed his childhood passion of
trucks by first becoming an owner/operator of a long-distance truck company,
then as an operator for Grand Rapids Gravel Company.

He was predeceased by his parents, Roscoe and Willie Mae, his son Omar Lyons,
his brothers: Frank, Walter "Wally "and James Thomas; sisters Mary Thomas and
Hellen Pruitt.

He is survived by his sons: John Dorris, Sidney Smith, Steven Warren, Damion
Brzozowski, and Christopher Brzozowski. His brother Lester Thomas and Sister
Mildred Inge. His grandchildren: Omaya Lyons, Taren Turner, Monchelle Turner,
Christa Borton, Stephen Borton, Dominic Warren, Tyler Warren, Christopher
Brzozowski JR, Alina Brzozowski, Precious Brzozowski, Anyah Brzozowski, Jurek
Brzozowski, and thirteen great grandchildren as well as many dearly loved nieces,
nephews, and cousins.

A celebration of life service for Ralph will be held at 12:30 pm Saturday March
18th, 2023, at Trinity Lutheran Church 2700 Fulton ST SE 49506 with his longtime
friend, Paster Frank Rothfuss officiating. The family will receive friends for a
luncheon following the service in the reception center of the church.
